To help us with our organization and to ensure we can keep participants informed about the conference, we require certain personal data, submitted via the registration form. During registration you are asked to explicitly give us permission to handle your data. Registration is not otherwise possible.
Participant contact information is NOT shared with third parties and only used to provide you with relevant information regarding the conference and notify you of similar events we may hold in future. Other information you provide us with is only used for organizational/logistic purposes and will also not be shared with third parties. This information will not be retained longer than 5 years.
Registrants have the right to review their information stored by us, change it, or have it removed. Reviewing and editing data can be done by logging in to the website. Requests to revoke permission for storing data and completely remove all personal data can be sent to us by email (see below).
We make use of session cookies (small files placed on your computer) to allow you to log in and manage your data and abstract. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties using these cookies.
Official complaints regarding our handling of personal data can be addressed to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
